Hi, I am Ravel Santos

UI/UX and Product Designer with 7+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS platforms, CRM systems, and enterprise web applications. I turn complex business logic into clear, usable products, covering user research, information architecture,

high-fidelity prototyping in Figma, design systems, and

WCAG-compliant interfaces. As a hybrid designer with hands-on front-end skills (HTML, CSS, React), I make engineering handoffs fast and accurate. I'm a data-driven problem solver: I use A/B and usability testing to find critical friction points early and focus the team on the fixes that matter most. Fluent in English and Portuguese, experienced with international teams and Agile workflows, and I use AI-assisted tools (Claude Code, ChatGPT) to prototype faster. Open to remote B2B contract engagements.
